Numbers summarizing the Lamborghini

Monday evening, Lamborghini (finally) made official the second 4×4 in its history after the 1986 LM 002, the Urus. Besides, it’s not an SUV but a Super SUV! The numbers are dizzy.

2,200: It’s in kilograms, its empty weight! It seems huge but the Cayenne Turbo S claims 90 kg more!

5.11: This is the length of the Lamborghini Urus in metres. It is also 1.64 m high and 2.02 m wide (excluding mirrors) and has a wheelbase of 3 metres. By way of comparison, it is 3 cm shorter, 10 cm lower and 3 cm wider than the Bentley Bentayga.

650: This is all the cavalry available thanks to the twin-turbo V8 (a first for Lamborghini). That’s 100 more horsepower than under the hood of the Cayenne Turbo. This is combined with 850 Nm of torque, from 2,250 rpm. An 8-speed automatic transmission makes the connection.

305: In km/h, this is the maximum speed given by the manufacturer. This will allow the Sant’Agata Bolognese Company to announce that the Urus is the fastest SUV in the world.

12.8: If the 0 to 100 km/h formalized in 3.6 seconds is spectacular, the 0 to 200 km/h in 12.8 seconds is simply amazing! And since all this has to be stopped, ceramic carbon brakes are standard.

6: The Super SUV Urus is ultra-versatile with no less than 6 driving modes. If off-road capabilities seem obvious, one wonders who will really go out in the middle of the rock with such a car!

4: With the Urus, the transmission is all-wheel drive and 4-wheel steering.

616: Now with Lamborghini, you can talk about trunk space! The Urus has 616 litres in a 4-seater configuration and rises to 1,596 litres when the rear seats are folded down.

2018: Urus will begin its career in the spring of next year. Almost 6 years after the presentation of the eponymous concept at the Beijing Motor Show.

171,429: This is the price in euros, excluding options, taxes and penalties for Lamborghini Urus. Including VAT, this gives about 215,000 euros.
